Returns & Exchanges

At Brooklyn Shoe Supply, we stand by our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your footwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all accessories to ensure your return is accepted for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
